Sundays session will be SWIM/RUN.
This weeks swim will be 3 lanes again, due to a change of schedule by the special Olympics. Swim session will be all about the swimming this week, so good chance to practice the drills we’ve been working on over the last couple of sessions.
Run leaders, will come up with a plan for the running session. Can you make sure you have high viz &/or head torch for the running as its likely to get dark before were back.
